Problem: Kenya is a nation of renters, and the business of managing those rentals still runs on spreadsheets, notebooks, and WhatsApp threads. Rent arrives as a stream of M-Pesa messages: partial payments, a relative paying from a different number, no account reference. Matching that money to tenants at month-end takes days, and it is where revenue quietly leaks. Without a live ledger, arrears surface weeks after they start and nobody can produce a clean statement on demand.

Solution: Built rentiQ as the system of record for rental money. Payments arrive either automatically through the client's own M-Pesa Paybill or by hand from a caretaker with a cash box, and both go through one allocation engine that applies them to the right invoices in the right order, flags anything ambiguous for a two-click resolution, and leaves an audit trail. Around that core sit the operations of a rental business: buildings and units, lease lifecycles, maintenance tickets, and reporting written for the Kenyan market first. It is Kimcard Technologies' own product, and it is live.

Problem: Security operations at major airports relied on paper-based incident logs, manual patrol scheduling, and disconnected radio communication. Incidents were under-reported, shift handovers lost context, and compliance audits required weeks of manual data collation.

Solution: Built a unified web platform that digitised every aspect of airside security management: real-time incident reporting with geo-tagging, automated shift scheduling with coverage gap detection, a live operations dashboard for supervisors, and an audit trail that generates compliance reports on demand.

Problem: A real estate agency managed property listings, tenant records, and maintenance requests across disconnected spreadsheets and WhatsApp groups. Data was duplicated between them and landlords had no view of portfolio performance.

Solution: Delivered a platform that gave the agency one place for its portfolio, a self-service view for landlords, online maintenance requests for tenants, and generated rent statements and vacancy reports.

Problem: A growing technology services firm needed a professional digital presence and a structured way to capture and qualify inbound project enquiries. Their existing site was a static template with no conversion path.

Solution: Designed and built a brand-forward marketing site with a structured contact and project intake flow. Integrated a lightweight CRM backend so the team could track leads, assign follow-ups, and measure which services generated the most interest.

Problem: A private outpatient clinic managed appointments by phone, kept patient records in physical files, and had no way for patients to view their history or receive results digitally. Staff spent hours each week on manual booking administration.

Solution: Built a secure patient portal and clinic management system that lets patients self-book appointments, view their appointment history, and receive lab result notifications. Clinic staff get a scheduling dashboard that eliminates double-bookings and surfaces daily patient flow at a glance.
